Project overview
Ünal Mat is an Istanbul-based manufacturer of laser-cut EVA car mats, selling through a network of dealers. They had no website. We built both a corporate website to present the brand and a B2B dealer portal that manages the entire process, from dealer applications to orders, payments, shipping and accounting.
The challenge
Manufacturers that sell through dealers usually receive orders by phone, WhatsApp and email. Each order is entered by hand, payment is tracked separately, shipping labels are prepared separately and invoices are re-entered into the accounting software. As the dealer network grows, this takes more and more time and invites errors. Ünal Mat also needed a structured way to receive and review new dealer applications.
The solution
We brought every step of the dealer process into a single system:
- Dealer application: companies that want to become dealers fill in an application form on the website.
- Application approval: Ünal Mat reviews applications in the admin panel and approves or rejects them. Approved dealers can log in.
- Online ordering: dealers browse products and place orders directly in the system.
- Online payment: payments are collected through the PayTR integration.
- Shipping: thanks to the Yurtiçi Kargo integration, shipments are created and tracked from the system.
- Accounting: orders are sent automatically to the BizimHesap pre-accounting software, so nothing is entered twice. In other words, a dealer's order can move all the way through payment, shipping and accounting without the same information being re-entered by hand anywhere. The result
Ünal Mat's dealer process now runs through a single system instead of calls and messages. Every step, from dealer application to accounting entry, is automated and trackable.
