Personal Data Protection Notice (KVKK)

This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") and explains how the personal data of people who visit www.eg678software.com (the "Site") and contact us is processed.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, etc.) unless specifically requested.
Purposes of Processing
- Responding to your enquiries, preparing quotes and getting back to you,
- Carrying out pre-contractual discussions,
- Keeping the Site and its forms secure and preventing spam and abuse,
- With your consent, measuring how the Site is used to improve content and user experience,
- Complying with legal obligations and requests from competent authorities.
Legal Grounds
- Establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): communication about your quote and service requests.
- Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): Site security, spam prevention and managing incoming requests.
- Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç): retention and reporting obligations under applicable law.
- Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): analytics cookies and the related transfer abroad. You can withdraw your consent at any time from your cookie preferences.
Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared, only as necessary for the purposes above, with:
- Service providers: hosting, email infrastructure and IT service providers.
- Google LLC: reCAPTCHA (spam protection) and, with your consent, Google Analytics.
- Microsoft Corporation: with your consent, Microsoft Clarity (usage analytics).
- Competent public authorities: where required by law.
Google and Microsoft services may process data on servers located abroad (mainly in the United States). Such transfers are carried out within the safeguards or exceptions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and, for analytics services, on the basis of your explicit consent.
Method of Collection
Personal data is collected directly from you through the contact form, email, phone and WhatsApp, and automatically through cookies, similar technologies and server logs while you browse the Site. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Retention
Personal data is kept for as long as required by the purpose of processing and by applicable law, and is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Enquiries submitted through the contact form that do not result in a contract are kept for no longer than 2 years after the request is concluded.
Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information about it; learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly; know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Article 7; request that these actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
How to Apply
You can submit your requests, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:
- by email to info@eg678.com, together with information that verifies your identity, or
- by a signed letter sent to Güney Mah. Kemal Yıldırım Sk. No: 2/1 İç Kapı No: 14, Kilimli / Zonguldak, Türkiye.
Requests are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest. If your request is rejected, you find the answer insufficient or it is not answered in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
